Deactivate or Delete a User

Archive or remove users

Navigate to User Management under OperationsHub.

Search or filter for an employee. Select the check box next to the user(s) you would like to edit. You may select multiple users at a time.



Once selected, find the status drop down menu in the top left of the page. You can change the status of the user(s) to active, deactivated, or deleted. A user who has been deactivated or deleted cannot access BuildingHub’s features.
