Creating a Work Order

Generate a WO

  • To create a work order, locate the Work Orders module under OperationsHub.

  • Click + Create New located in the top right corner of the page.

  • The required fields to fill in are:

    • Building - If your property has multiple buildings, you can select which building this work order pertains to

    • Issue type - The category of issue you are trying to resolve

    • Requested by/Company - Filled in automatically by your profile

  • The rest of the fields are optional, and may be filled in by your building staff, including the priority, the employee the building will assign the work order to, and the specific location of your office. You may fill in any details you wish, and can also attach images or other files.

  • Once completed click Create or use the drop down menu to Schedule your work order for a future date. You will receive a confirmation email, as well as updates to the work order, and a notification when it is completed. You can customize the frequency with which you receive work order notifications in the "My Account" section.
