Adding Vendor Access

Upload and track vendor companies

The Vendor Access module allows for users to upload and track vendor companies within their buildings. Navigate to the Vendor Access module under OperationsHub to begin viewing and adding vendors.

Select + Add New to begin adding a new vendor.

Add vendor information, including the company name and COI document. Their COI must be uploaded to the COIs module before it can be selected. Select Next when complete.



Insert the relevant date information for the vendor’s visit to the building. You can select Single Day, Multi Day, or a Period of time. Additionally, you can add specific notes for the vendor and emails to notify regarding the visit.
