Booking a Room

Reserve a room in your building

To book a room for your company, navigate to the MeetingHub module located under AmenityHub.



Select a date from the top left to view available times and dates for each available room rental.

Select a time range for your selected room to begin the booking process. If a time frame is unavailable to select it has been booked by another tenant or closed by the building.

After selecting a time frame, select Book Now. Begin filling in relevant details including your company name or any additional add-ons that are available. You may also include additional notes or requests for the building.

View your charges and fill in payment information via credit card or billing through a work order. Review your details and submit when ready. Building management will review your application and either approve or deny your request. You will receive a notification when your application is processed.
