Registering a Guest

Add guest information

Locate the Register Guests module under SecurityHub.



In this module you can view all past, present, and future guests your company has registered. You can add relevant information including notes, visit date, visit time, and their last check in.

To begin registration click Add New in the top right of the page.



Begin entering the required fields including company and full name. When finished, select Add Guest.



When you have finished registering your guests, click Next to continue.

Specify your guests visit information by selecting the visit type, date, and any additional information for their visit.



Click Next when finished and add any additional employees who should receive notifications regarding the visit, including when they check in to the building. Click Save when finished.
