From the Companies module, you may begin adding or editing a company’s information. In this module, all companies that you have access to will be listed. Whether it’s a vendor or tenant, to add a new company to your building, click “Create new” in the upper right corner of the main window.
If this is a new company that doesn’t currently exist in the system, you’ll be asked to provide a name for the company.
After clicking “Add new company,” a new window will come up.
In this window you can begin editing the company profile picture, basic information, address, access control, and view activity. Please note, if there is a red asterisk next to the field, the information is required to move forward.
Basic Information allows you to enter and edit Company ID, Company Name, Tax Identification Number, Company Type (in this case, you must specify if a company is a tenant, vendor, management, or other), and Phone Number. You can also edit the company’s logo by selecting the three dots in the top left corner.
Address contains fields for editing a company’s address information. Enter the company’s address, city, country, zip code, and state in this tab.
Access Control enables a company to sync their profile with a Genea access control integration.
Activity tracks and displays relevant information to your company, including changes to the profile. You can also leave a comment in the activity log to share information or explain changes.
