Create a Product
BuildingHub allows users to create different products for tenants, including parking passes and fitness center subscriptions. To find your products, go into the Property Settings view from your main hub menu and select Products.
The Products view will allow you to see all of your products, toggle them active or inactive, and create a new product.
The first window that comes up contains these fields:
Name
Description (optional)
Waiver Template: optional, but if you require waivers for use of your amenities, you can select which one you want to have your users sign from your Waivers list in the Property Settings menu.
On the next tab, you can set your Pricing for a given product.
The pricing of a product can be set to three different Types, trial, one-time, and recurring.
Once you select your type, you can set the Price, and if applicable, the Billing Period, Billing Day, if the date selection for the start date is required, and if the price is time-sensitive, such as a promotional price.
Once you’ve saved your new price, it will appear in the products menu to be activated or deactivated.
